Items purchased for delivery will normally be dispatched within 3 working days, subject to stock availability and seasonal holidays.
Delivery is charged at £2.95 on orders up to £20 and is FREE when over £20 (excluding overseas addresses).
Postal delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Hermes Tracked (dependent on individual orders) so that you can track your parcel.
A signature may be required upon delivery.
Purchases can be collected by arrangement from Serenity in Saltburn, Saltburn-by-the-Sea, TS12 1JR, with free local delivery also available within
a 5-mile radius of TS12 1JR.
Royal Mail requests a waiting time of10-15 days for items that do not arrive as expected. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your goods in good time, but cannot guarantee the reliability of any courier used.
Digitally downloaded content
Digitally downloaded content purchased through the website is available immediately via a link in the confirmation email. This link is available for 30 days, and you can download all the content during these 30 days.
Digital downloads are non-refundable. Our content has a value which is received immediately upon purchase. As the content cannot be guaranteed to be removed from your pc/laptop/tablet/smartphone, and hard copies can be created, our product has been provided and the transaction complete.
All digitally downloaded content remains the property of Serenity and is therefore not allowed to be reproduced in any form for anything other than personal use.
Subscriptions to Serenity Crystal Showcase are available in 3 levels. Payments are on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time for termination at the end of that payment period. You will retain access to all paid-for services according to your subscription until the end of the payment period.
We do not retain credit/debit card details. Payments are processed by Paypal or Square and are secure.
Refunds and Returns
Products can be returned for a full value refund (excl. delivery charges) within 7 days if found to be faulty or damaged. Notification of a return must be received by Serenity within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can try to put things right.
Return postage is to be covered by the purchaser initially and a receipt obtained. Once goods are received and damage/fault assessed, postage will be refunded in full. If goods are found not to be faulty or damaged, no refund of postage will be given, but a refund of the value of goods will be refunded in full.
Serenity does not, under any circumstances, share customer information, including email or postal mail address, phone numbers etc, with anyone. It is not our policy to Spam or send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will only be to acknowledge the information on any orders we have received including receipt of order and any updates on delays of dispatch, and finally the dispatch confirmation.
We will never ask you for a password via email, phone or any other form of communication. If you have any account problems or are sent an email from us which seem out of the ordinary or unwarranted, DO NOT give out financial or personal information until you have contacted us via our contact us Link.
We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services, e.g. placing an order, opting-in to our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.
The type of information that we will collect will include – Your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers, e-mail address, order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties in order to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners.
We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements and secondly to provide you with information to keep you up to date on products, services or promotions we run from time to time. We will only use your information to contact you for market research purposes by email, phone or mail if you opt-in o these services.
Individuals registering their details or subscribing to the newsletter online may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. An opt-out option is available by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter we may send you.
We use tracking cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and no personally identifiable information is stored.
